Tribbles vs. Gremlins (a chat room debate)

On a frosty Christmas Eve, Santa ROB delivers an ample supply of Gremlins and Tribbles to a random small town. Within hours, both species reproduce exponentially.

Which one will dominate?

Tribbles, they bread faster. OH SO MUCH FASTER.

The only way they were wiped out was by the klingons actually commiting orbital bombardment on their homeworld, as well as various other worlds they had become infested in.

That's right, they dealt with them the same way the Imperium of Man deals with heresy.

Do Gremlins have a taste for flesh? I don't remember.

If they do, things are going to get ugly, fast.

On the other hand it would be dementedly hilarious if the Tribbles evolved a taste for flesh to defend themselves.

Dont Gremlins breed faster? Just add water.

Gremlins breed WAY FASTER than Tribbles.

Plus the Gremlins can use tools, and travel faster, and climb things, and communicate.

And on top of that, the Gremlins can eat the Tribbles... I don't see the reverse happening.

Tribbles breed way faster. Gremlins need water , while tribbles drown them in sheer numbers.
  1. LoneFury
Gremlins breed in minutes. Tribbles take twelve hours. And considering they're in a snow covered town, finding water won't be hard.

Tribbles breed way faster.
Actually the opposite is true.

tribbles has couple advantage the gremilins wont kill them staright away untill midnight and the sunlight but if the germilns evolve then tribbles go down.
